Poly Information plc (PLY) is currently a cash shell, with accumulated losses of £1.75m and net assets (excluding any future value of these losses) of £0.74m, that has just accompanied its results announcement (showing losses reduced from £2.8m on turnover of £0.12m in 2005 to £0.17m on nil turnover in 2006) with proposals to change its name to Regenesis Group, to start up a new business venture and for a 1 for 10 share consolidation.
