Joined Equity Development in January 2004, previously at Dresdner Kleinwort Benson for seventeen years executing various key management roles including: Head of EMEA Equity Sales, Head of Global Equity Syndicate, Co-Head of Global Equity Capital Markets, Member of Global Equity Management Board and a Member of Global Corporate Finance Board.
Founded Equity Development in 1997. Was a financial journalist with the Daily Mail, the Telegraph and The Times before he became a fund manager. He then moved into Corporate Communications, specialising in M&A, and redefined the business with his company the Broad Street Group, which he floated. In 1997 he instigated and guided the 1998 Treasury Report into the Smaller Quoted Company Market and co-wrote 'Tomorrow's Giants' with the former senior Treasury official Craig Pickering.
Clement Chambers - Director
Co-founder of On-line; Clement Chambers has been involved in the software industry for 22 years, primarily as a publisher of computer games entertainment software. He is CEO of ADVFN, a director of On-line plc and CEO of ALL IPO plc.
Michael Hodges - Director
Michael Hodges has 20 years experience in computer software development and publishing, while working with multi-user and Internet projects for the last thirteen years. He founded On-line plc, ADVFN plc and ALL IPO plc and is currently Chairman of On-line plc, ADVFN plc and ALL IPO plc.
A business developer and relationship builder with over 12 years experience in financial services. Darren has a proven track record in strategic development, finding solutions and attracting new business.
Hannah Crowe – Investor Relations
Hannah's responsibilities include introducing clients to institutional investors and private client brokers.
John Walter - Marketing
John Walter spent the last two years managing the Metis Opportunities Fund, a long/short UK small and mid cap equities fund. Prior to that he worked as a specialist high yield salesman at JP Morgan Chase. John has also worked at Greenwich NatWest, Cheltenham & Gloucester Building Society and Manufacturers Hanover.
Jackie Ryder – Financial Controller
Jackie joined Warwick Corporate in 1996 and was then involved in the creation of Equity Development. Jackie started her financial training as an auditor and has wide variety of accounting experience in the retail, property and service sectors.
